If you are the lead guest and wish to purchase Special Drinks for your backcountry stay on behalf of your group, please respond by email with your order for each night in camp. See below for further instructions.

All products are subject to availability/delivery constraints. Please be aware that if we are unable to source and/or deliver the exact items you have ordered, a suitable substitute will be provided. Must be +19 to order. We ask for a minimum of 30-day notice on all pre-orders to ensure adequate time for order and delivery.

There is a $20 delivery charge per item and all prices exclude 5% GST on the total cost.

How to Order?

As the lead guest of the group, you may order Special Drinks on behalf of your group. Based on the Special Drinks list above, please email your pre-order to fun@tyaxadventures.com.

Be specific – which product does your group want? For which night in Camp? How many packs of this product does your group want?

Example: I am the lead guest of my group, and we are doing a 4-Day 3 Night MTB Tour with Tyax Adventures. We would like to order the following:

• Night 1 – 4 x 4 pack of Lillooet Brewing Honey Ale, 1 x 4 pack of Nonny’s Non-Alcoholic Pale Ale

• Night 2 – 2 x 6 pack of Staight & Narrows

• Night 3 – Nothing for night 3

Example: I am the lead guest of my group, and we are a self-guided group staying at Spruce Camp for 1 night. We would like to order the following:

• Night 1 – 1 x 4 pack Lillooet Brewing IPA

FAQ

1. Can I purchase 1 x 4 pack and have half delivered to each camp that I will be staying at? No, we do not split packs between Camps. We will deliver a full pack of what you order to the Camp you will be staying at.

2. Why is the delivery fee per pack? These special drinks first come from out of the valley, are delivered to our Base at Tyax Adventures by vehicle. From our Base, each pack you order will be sent up to the remote backcountry camp of your choice by either horseback, helicopter or floatplane. Due to these delivery methods, and based on the weight of each item, this delivery fee is necessary for us to continue offering this optional service.

3. If we do not put in an order for special drinks, what options will there be included at Camp? You do not have to put in an order for Special Drinks, this is an optional service. At Camp, there will be filtered water, tea, coffee, and flavored water (juice crystals mix).

4. If we do not finish our drinks, can we carry them with us to the next Camp? Once you are given your order when you arrive at Camp, you can do with your order as you please.

5. Is there any opportunity to purchase more drinks once we are in Camp if we do not pre-order? No, based on our liquor license, we can only transport your pre-ordered drinks to Camp – not sell them on site. There will be no exceptions made to this rule.
