Current Employment Opportunities

Activity Coordinator

• Manage daily pilot schedules, updating pilots on changes;

• Coordinate with departments on activity requests and scheduling;

• Promote, sell, and process reservations for activities and tours;

• Handle guest inquiries via phone and email, confirming trip details;

• Update online booking platforms and track flight/tour progress;

• Support guides with logistics and assist with van shuttles

Backcountry host

• Prepare camp for guests: clean tents/grounds, set up water, propane, and electricity;

• Stock firewood, tend wood stoves, and maintain outhouse/shower facilities;

• Welcome guests, provide orientation, and offer snacks/refreshments;

• Prepare and serve meals following Food Safe standards;

• Maintain camp cleanliness: wash dishes, wipe surfaces, clean fridge/freezer, sweep floors;

• Store food properly and manage inventory/orders
