review your Waiver
Each guest will be required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnity Agreement (“Waiver”) before the planned activity/trip commences. In no event will a guest be permitted to participate in a planned activity/trip without having signed a Waiver.
Please note, guests will be required to sign a waiver at check-in, witnessed by our staff.
